Mental health campaign created for City of Ljubljana. An illustrated series of heroes who too sometimes seek help aims to raise awareness that mental health should not be a burden of an individual. That is why it is worth speaking out and talking about our feelings. It is what makes us heroes.
As part of the campaign which went live in October, a World Mental Health Month, a series of podcasts were recorded in collaboration with Nina Gaspari, a host of one of the most listened-to Slovene podcasts Lovim ravnotežje. Episodes in audio as well as video format share stories of other inspiring Slovene heroes and experts in mental health field.
